Sleep and tinnitus

Has any body got any good way to get to sleep as when my T is bad can not sleep all the ways I use that help me sleep even one of my meds that has something in to help with sleep won’t work gp will not give me anything because of that med.it has now been ten nights without any sleep and am so tired the trouble is the more tired I get the worse my T is.

BBC world service on radio and running water on phone app. Have them both on timer to turn off once im asleep.

Gp should change your meds you can’t keep going with no sleep,I m struggling just now since T got worse a few weeks ago I’m on my last zopiclone am going to go back and ask for melatonin

I have an electric fan running in the bedroom all night, the white noise seems to help.

I take martazipine as an anti-depression and sleeping tablets but also have a low volume music in the background to help me drift off hope this helps you
