Muffled hearing+pulsating in both ears

Woke up Friday morning one ear had muffled sound little fluid leakage. Saturday morning same in other ear which leaked for 2 days. Still have muffled hearing in both and pulsating in one. Any ideas. Please. So annoying

Fluid build up in your middle ear. Possibly blocked Eustachian tube. If you've had discharge from your ear, the build up of pressure in the middle ear could have ruptured your eardrum. Go to your doctors.
