does anyone have low frequency tinnitus? like a very low hum or rumble that seems to stop when i put my finger in my ear

Yoy might possibly have middle ear myoclonus....a vibrating muscle behind the ear.

I do it's horrible mine vibrates I'm sure it does.

Yes I think it happened after listen to some drum and bass really load like I had done some vibration damage. Wish I could go back in time and change what I had done. I can't habituate to it either cause to listen makes the hum louder and more vibration. All I do is have noise and try and distract myself every second of the day. I can't even relax anymore. I also have a high pitched hiss aswell so even laying in in the morning is history. So sad for us who suffer I miss my old life so much.
