Hi I’ve flown many times and I’ve been fine some people say you have to sit away from the engines personally I think it’s rubbish I have T very bad and it’s not made any difference to me. This is my advice if you are worried speak to your doc. Cheers

Can you please elaborate? Are you a pilot? Frequent flyer? Asking because I fly a lot in small planes (Cessnas, Porter, etc).

Just travel twice a year holiday will be first flight after taking tinnitus

It affects mine so I wear noise cancelling headphones

It depends where I sit on the plane. I have to sit away from the engine noise if possible. Also, something weird I discovered is that chewing gum or sucking on a sweet seems to make it hurt less.
