Hi I’ve woke up this morning with a ring in my right ear and seems to be getting louder around noise. My usual tinnitus is the head hissing type. I’m really scared. I took Sudafed for sinus blockage which seemed to have worked at the start but it keeps coming back on and off. Is this a spike and can anyone give me some experiences they may have had with a spike before? I’m really scared. Thank you
