It was roaring after traveling from New Jersey to California and then when we were having sushi I ate a ton of ginger. That night it actually got totally quiet for an hour or so but it was back by morning. I bought and juiced ginger root but that had no effect- may have even made it worse. I'm wondering if it's pickled ginger that was at work. Also ordered CBD and bring apple cider vinegar and of course meditation so i can start to habitat. Any feedback?

Interesting joefromjerse ! Please keep us up-dated on how you get on,
Good luck!
Thanks Margo. It's very quiet today. I took apple cider vinegar last night, aleve pm (which is Naproxena and supposedly not good for it) and ginger kombucha. Who knows - it's going to be trial and error for awhile. It's good there is a support community!
