Ask them to turn it down? It's unlikely to be sustaining a volume level through the wall that would put your hearing at risk, so more irritating than hazardous, to you at least. They'll probably start posting on here when they eventually reap the whirlwind.

If the music is BLASTING loud then that is a concern for you. 1. It may cause aggravation to your tinnitus and add to your current diagnosis with noise induced tinnitus and 2. It may trigger off your tinnitus causing spikes or flare ups lasting for days on end. These are your worst case scenarios with your neighbours playing loud music regularly. Definitely ask neighbours to tone it down but if they ignore you then report it to your local Council who have meters to take decibel readings. If the sounds of music are too high then the police can be involved. Persistent loud music is annoying to anyone but can be a whole lot worse to people with tinnitus. Protect yourself and keep safe! Best wishes and good luck.
