Levels changing

Have had tinnitus for some time now it has got worse the last few years.

I have now noticed that when there is a singer for entertainment where I live

When it has finished my tinnitus goes very high and it lasts for about a week and during that time it is so bad that I can not sleep I now think I can no longer go down to the entertainment as not sleeping is making me feel ill.
