Hair cells get damaged by loud music....see video below

If I could turn the clock back I wouldn't have gone to all the concerts that I went to, or if I did I would've worn earplugs. I also wouldn't have listened to music thro' headphones. As much as I enjoy listening to music I would dearly love to be able to listen to silence again.
