Hello
I have been suffering with tinnitus for about 4 years now, some times easier than others. I was wondering if anyone had tried hypnotherapy and if it had done any good.

Hi Shari joy, I have had T for 2 years and have been on the BTA forum for most of that time. I haven't seen any posts saying that hypnotherapy has had any positive effect on the T. But, like myself, others have had CBT and Mindfulness which certainly helped me. Love, Angela xx
