Hello all you knowledgeable people, are edamame, tofu and tempeh goitrogenic? Are there any we can eat without them affecting our thyroid?

I was about to ask about edamame, which I understand is soya, so best avoided. It's turned up in a side salad from a well known supermarket.
The stream of thought is, yes, stay away from those foods. That being said, I enjoy edamame & tofu now and then--tempeh even less than the others Consuming them has never caused me an issue, but I don't eat it everyday. I have been living w/Ord's (hashi w/o goiter) for 35yrs. & take NDT/DTE 1x/day
