Last levo dose before bloods, advice please.

I am having bloods taken this Wednesday at 08:30 I will fast as in line with guidance given on this site but I take my Levothyroxine (75mcg) at night around 22:00. How should I handle the last dose, Tuesday @ 22:00 as normal or some other time/amount.

Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful advice on this site, it is all so informative and educational.

Take tonight’s dose tomorrow (Tuesday ) morning

Take Tuesday evening dose AFTER blood test Wednesday morning

Take Wednesday evening dose as per normal in evening
