I've been reading Elaine moore and she posted a study regarding cordyceps and how it helped with Graves and Hashimotos. I'm going to give it a go, not just for graves but for overall health, I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with cordyceps to lower antibodies?

Well I do...I was taking 5mg of carbimazole daily, and I satrted cordyceps a month ago... My tsh was 0.00, last week I had another blood test and my tsh jumped to 7 😱. Slightly hypo now but I already cut to 2.5mg. wasit the cordyceps? I can not assure that, but why not give it a go? It's natural and good for health anyway so it can't hurt. By the way I cut dairy, gluten, coffee and sugar from my diet so it could be a combination of everything, but its worth a try 🙂
Thanks for your reply! my issue is similar - normal t3/t4 but tsh 0.01. No gluten/dairy but partial to a bit of sugar :). Do you mind sharing what brand of the supplement you use?
Hi, I live in New Zealand and I bought from Matakana foods, not sure if you have the same brands but I went for the cheaper one, and still very expensive 😔 I go with the powder instead of pills, I mix it half teaspoon of cordyceps and half match, I cut my coffee out too... You will get used to the taste haha
