Have you had B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D tested
Fibromyalgia is frequently undiagnosed or inadequately treated hypothyroidism
Being hypothyroid frequently results in low vitamin levels
To Test thyroid levels - TSH, Ft4, Ft3 and both TPO and TG antibodies
Always test thyroid early morning, ideally before 9am and, if on replacement thyroid hormones, last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
