Hello again :

It's more likely a Hashimoto's swing in thyroid hormones levels that has caused these symptoms, as explained in my previous reply to your first post on this forum.

As previously explained with Hashimoto's AI Disease your thyroid hormone production become erratic as this auto immune disease attacks and damages your thyroid gland.

You will likely experience swings in T3 and T4 levels when excess thyroid hormone causes you uncomfortable hyper type symptoms.

Some people during this phase stop taking their mediation for a few days to try and offset the severity of the symptoms.

However when the attack is over the thyroid gland is further damaged and you may well find you need a dose increase as the gland becomes further disabled and unable to work as well it once did.

I think you'll find more on both other links I offered you - thyroidpharmaist.com and thyroiduk.org who are the charity who support this forum.

I'm sure the Pfizer booster did this to me. The 2 AZ doses were ok, but after the booster I had hyper symptoms, They resolved in a couple of weeks.
