My daughter(19) has just received her medical test (TSH) results indicating Euthyroidism: 0.40-4.20 mil/L and she was told it's a Chronic illness but still referred for an ultrasound for fibroids.... Google has got me confused as I am looking for a meaning of this diagnosis...causes, symptoms, and treatment....thank you for your advice as I wait for your response

You have given the range for the TSH but not the result ...
Fibroids are a gynaecological problem - they develop in the uterus / womb. I'm sure that optimal thyroid hormone levels will be beneficial to someone with gynaecological problems but there is nothing directly connecting the thyroid with fibroids as far as I know.
Are you and/or your daughter getting two different health conditions muddled up?
By the way, euthyroidism isn't a disease. It's medical language used when the thyroid is considered to be functioning normally.
