anyone famiilar with interpreting these tests?

I'm not an expert but this is where optimal levels should be according to Example 1 here
rt3-adrenals.org/cortisol_t...
• Morning at the top of the range - yours is 55% through range
• Noon approximately 75% of the range - yours is 16% through range
• Evening close to 50% of the range - yours is 61% through range
• Nighttime at the bottom of the range - yours is 66% through range
The graph shows that you follow the normal curve apart from the noon sample which is very low and your night time sample is far higher than it should be.
There is no DHEA test by the looks of it, it's important that both cortisol and DHEA are tested because DHEA helps with interpretation.

As it's not an obvious high cortisol all through, or low cortisol all through, I'm afraid I don't know how you deal with raising the first two levels whilst lowering the nighttime one.
The lab comments give pointers to possible stressors and if any of these apply then you can look at trying to reduce the stress where it's evident.
