Good morning, I have just received my results back and would appreciate your comments. I had already suspected I needed to reduce my Nature-Throid but am struggling as it is to get my BBT to 36.6 and on a reduced dose I can only get it to around 36.0. I suspect an Adrenal problem and intend getting the 24 hour Adrenal Saliva test done at the end of the month when I get paid

I suspect those results have more to do with your Hashi's, than you dose of Nature-Throid. The NT might cause your FT3 to be over-range if you took enough of it, but it wouldn't cause your FT4 to be that high. Looks to me as if you've had a Hashi's 'hyper' swing. The numbers will come down by themselves, but if you're suffering hyper-type symptoms, try stopping your NT for a few days, and see how you feel.
