A friend used to practice on me - I found it very relaxing, which was great. I can't hand on heart say it improved my health, but anything that de-stresses and relaxes us has got to be good

Love it!! I do find it very relaxing unsure if it has any effect on my thyroid health but I feel the really good relaxing session does help me I often fall asleep or snort/snore which wakes me!!! I do see a rejoicing master and have done so for 3 years so i have built a trusting relationship with her, I tried Crystal healing once from her but didn't get the same relaxing feeling so haven't tried it again

I've also had acupuncture which really helped with arthritis in my knee, but that wasn't relaxing although the results were fantastic

I used it for my cat with cancer and he was very much calmed and helped by it.
