Can n e one have dizziness and vertigo feeling????

I had dizziness and vertigo.havng serc but no use.

Feeling so dull

Do you have labrynthitis, often a viral infection of the inner ear? It causes vertigo and nausea resistant to anti vertigo medication. Can take at least 4 weeks often longer to resolve.

Cjrsquared i had vertigo since 5 years.but whenever i tk serc its got normal.but nw its nt getting normal

How is your vit B12? If that's low, it can make you feel dizzy.

As greygoose says, have you had your Vit B tested ? I had exactly the same and I was at the bottom end of the B12 range. Haven’t had the same since I started supplementing.
