Welcome Kaz1211,
Those symptoms can be caused by innapropriate thyroid hormone levels. Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid condition?

Ask GP to check Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate. Get the earliest appointment and also ask doctor, as suggested by RedApple to check your thyroid hormones. If you've already had them done, get a print-out with the ranges (figures in brackets) and post on a new question if you don't have them today.
When you get a blood test for thyroid hormones, alwys get the very earliest, fasting, but you can drink water. If you were taking thyroid hormones (levothyroxine) allow 24 hours between dose and blood test.
