pulse keeps slowing down

feeling as rough as anything

pulse still low 50's

cannot for the life of me tolerate any increase

pulse is higher in the evenings

im hot and exhausted

short of breath still

what can be causing this? feels like im dying

A few days ago you were taking 40mcg Mercury Pharma T3 so give yourself time to adjust to 50mcg Tiromel.
