Hi has anyone took lysine as a supplement can it cause interactions as was recommended this but not sure if to take it please advise thanks

There are posts on Lysine here healthunlocked.com/search/l... and if you Google "Lysine+hypothyroid" and "Lysine+Levothyroxine" you should see whether there are interactions.
I take lysine everyday but take it mid-morning on an empty stomach and take Levo at night. I've taken it for 6 months for EBV and other recurring viral infections and have had a much healthier year so far.
