Welcome to our forum but you haven't given us any clue to your history in your Profile if you've been diagnosed as hypothyroid.
If hypothyroid we have to take levothyroxine a synthetic thyroid hormone, also called T4.
When you go for a blood test it should be the very earliest possible and don't eat befor it. If you are on levothyroxine, you should allow approx 24 hours between the last dose and the blood test and take levo afterwards. Levo should be taken when you get up with 1 glass of water and don't eat for about an hour. Food interferes with the uptake.
If you can get a print-out of your most recent blood test with the ranges put them on a new post for comments.
