Trying the chia pud recipe later today, as my eldest is being mega healthy, and has loads of chia in the fridge, will nick some, and try this out. I made some granola bars, started with a recipe, and then, as usual, said to pot with that, I'm adding lots of my own things, and they turned out great. One in the eye for Nakd, which is not, btw fully organic, they use cocoa and not raw organic cocoa, so how do they get away with that lie!!

One of my boy's is an ex-boxer, has just opened another gym in Swalwell, huge and a big success, loves them, in fact, I am waiting for him to ask me to open up a cafe there, but I'm turning my present business into one anyway, will probs send any overspill to him!!

Here is the link:-

HypothyroidMom and craziness in the kitchen.

It keeps going to my link for ghd repairs on youtube that we do in the shop, do not know why.

I've just started eating chia seeds, and read that 15g ( 3 tsp) was the maximum to have per day, at least at the start, until you know whether or not there'll be any unwanted effects.
