Where to turn next?

Dr Skinner died a while back, the wonderful Dr P. is unwell, Dr Myhill is not taking new patients at present, does anyone have any ideas of other people coming through who might be able to help hypo patients?

Where do you live. The practitioner I consult from Philadelphia is hoping to run a clinic in Herefordshire for a few days in February. If it's successful, he will consider returning periodically to run clinics in other locations. He offers Skype follow ups.

I hope my memory serves me well with, but I think on Dr Myhill's website there is a list of other practitioners that she has worked with.
