hi peeps, can any one recommend a natural remedie for the menopause without effecting the thyroid medication please thanks

Hello lanky,

It depends on what hormone(s) you are low in but for most it is progesterone.

I use Serenity transdermal cream but it hasn't eased ALL hot flushes ... but then I don't know how bad they would have been if I wasn't using it. ! ...

hi Lanky, I've used the products from Wellsprings and found that I wasn't an axe murderer in waiting anymore:) they do natural progesterone and now have one with some oestrogen too, Dr P. recommends them too.

I used high dose sage (2000mg tablet, once a day) for hot flushes and they eased within a week. Clemmie

Hello - I use a product called NatPro. A natural transdermal cream. Importantly it is not made with anything that may cause health problems such as mineral oils. My migraines - monthly for a decade - ceased within one cycle. My snoring stopped too!! :-)

gelatized maca ...a natural supplement...is worth googling , is great with progesterone cream......
