Hi there tactano50 I don't have any advice for you. I didn't know you could get your medical records on line, that as really surprised me how do I go about checking mine on line. Many thanks buma

Assuming that you mean neutrophils, mine have been very low. Asked GP who didn't know why so I insisted on it being investigated. Had hospital appointment with someone who's title I can't remember but was told it didn't mean much.

Research would suggest that they're needed to fight infection so surely they're of some significance.

You can view your medical records online you cant view alot, but you can see all your blood results and any test results.you need to ask at your surgery you fill in a form and they send you out a code and password.

Yes I have a low borderline white blood cell count. But I've also tested positive for Lyme disease.

Mine is also very low, but it has been very low for a long time. Doctors always remark on it - and I ask them why its so low and they shrug their shoulders!

Yes, I have a low neutrophil count. It's called neutropenia. I seem to have had it for a long time, but the medication I take (carbamazepine) makes it worse. How low are you - do you know the figure from your blood tests?

I was wondering if you'd had your B12 levels checked tactano and, looking through past posts, I noticed that you have had eye problems and breathlessness, which seems to confirm this might be a good idea.

I hVe low WBC and prob n-phils. I figured it's because I have low iron and have been supplementing with hema-plex. Bloods done in 6 wks so I'll let you know if it works then!! Fingers x
