Hello Desperate_Dani. I take T3/T4 and have seemingly lost my internal thermostat. I find myself desperately stripping off to cool down in all sorts of places where everyone else is wearing several layers and exhibiting not a single drop of sweat or discomfort. "is it me or is it hot in here?" is very much my mantra. However, I went to Florida last year and so long as I wore only vest tops and shorts, I was fine. I think partly it was a mind thing: as its normal to be hot in Florida, I didn't worry; whereas dripping sweat mid-winter in the UK might be considered abnormal...... I hope you have a wonderful time.

I over heat nowadays, but sound advice from Hypnoteq re cool clothes, plus the beauty of Florida is that everywhere inside has wonderfully ice cool air conditioning which is a blessing when you get too hot...Have a lovely time...D x
