my grandma is 72yrs she have burning feet,palms and back more at night . she wont get sleep at night. she is suffering only blood pressure.

If the doctor has done a thyroid gland blood test, please get a print-out from the surgery with the ranges and post them for comments. If she hasn't had a blood test ask for a full thyroid function test to be done. Also Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.

Could be Grierson-Gopalan Syndrome (basically burning feet). This is what GP notebook says:

"may be associated with nutritional/endocrine causes e.g.

vitamin B deficiency

diabetes mellitus

renal failure (dialysis patients)

hypothyroidism"

"first line investigations include FBC, ESR, U+Es, B12, TFTs, fasting glucose"

These are the things she should try and get tested. As Shaws has said, B12 deficiency very common as you age.
