Can anyone explain how these vital signs explain thyroid illness and what to do to improve things.

Temps. Heart rate and blood pressure.
The best way to improve is if your doctor gives you enough medication to solve your clinical symptoms. My heart began to play up - being undiagnosed and when i was on levo alone, I had awful palpitations but the addition of T3 calmed them down. Usually when we are undiagnosed hypo our temp and heart rate are low and improve on optimum medication. Also if we don't have enough the same happens. Sometimes temp doesn't came back completely.

I didn't have a problem with blood pressure and someone who has may give some advice.
Thanks Shaws, My temps. and heart rate are low,I think that means I'm under medicated. but my blood pressure is up,which I think that means I'm over medicated. Taking 110 mcg T3 20 mcg T3 then 20 mcg T3 ???
Raised blood pressure is a clinical symptom of hypo, so I would think that is consistent with under medicated
