If not the click on your name in blue next to your photo and three headings appear (activity, questions and posts), you can then click on these and find all your previous activity in each category.

Did you also check under your 'Posts' tab as well as your recent activity?

There often can be discrepancies with our activity, which I understand is a known bug that HU are working on. If you have a technical problem you can also report it directly to HU via the Help link at the top of every page. Click on 'Help', then on the right of the page it takes you to, you'll see 'Contact Us' with 'Email Us' below it.
