Guesses. Allergy to washing up liquid. Allergy to soap or the perfumes in it. Allergy to cleaning fluids. Allergy to something you are eating? Allergy to rubber if you use rubber gloves.
I would start by using un perfumed soap/shower/bath products, maybe using ecover or another gentle washing up liquid and avoiding contact with any cleaning fluids. See if that helps.
Sounds like contact dermatitis or allergy, as Rosetrees says, usually caused by cleaning products although any chemical can cause it. The only person that can tell you for sure is a doctor though.
thank you for writing back to me I will go and see the dr .
I've had this ever since my thyroid started giving me problems and I was put on Levothyroxine. A couple of years ago my endo finally agreed to try me on a T3/T4 combo and my Levothyroxine dose was cut from 100mcg/day to just 25 mcg/ day plus 30mcg T3 (in 3x 10mcg doses). The itching disappeared almost overnight and now only makes an appearance when I get stressed over something (like a dentist appointment or an up-coming deadline for an assignment...) When I reduced the dose of T4, I also changed brands from TEVA to Wockhardt and I won't have any other make now.
