...read everything you can lay your hands on - as there is so much to learn. I have read both the books you mention. Also the main Thyroid UK website is an excellent place to start and has loads of REALLY helpful information with the main aim of helping us to understand. Happy reading.........

Got both books, read only "Stop..." - has a lot of info both about hypo and adrenals. Dr. Peatfield's book is the next on my list so cant comment on that one yet - reading "Living well with hypothyroidism" at the moment.
