If you are hypothyroid, do you have any of these other conditions?

I am hypothyroid but have none of the above conditions. I cannot see a box for none of the above.....

I bet a lot of us have also been diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia, but there is no box for it.

There should be a box for none

The doctor tried to diagnose me with Hyopercholesterolaemia, Depression, Fibromyalgia & CFS until I persuaded him to increase my thyroxine. The change has been amazing but unsurprising.

I have battled with GP surgery and 4 staff for 3 years now in simply raising my Thyroxine for better health. They would rather diagnose Fybromyalgia, Depression, CFS and Menopause than listen to the patient. They missed treating me for Normocytic Anaemia. This left with me with deteriorated health. Not to mention incorrectly prescribing HRT which also painfully affected my physical state of health. Why do I have to go to a private consultant who clearly diagnosed my Thyroid condition - as anticipated - and simply suggests a raise in Thyroxine!! Medical ignorance is no excuse, research and keep up to date with conditions especially when the patient seems to be more knowledgeable and persistent than the staff. My marriage, career, children, relationships - not to mention my health have all been affected dramatically because of ignorance.. or pride? This MUST stop!

Given that Fibromyalgia and CFS/Me are more than likely under-treated hypo, I think the question should be: If you are hypothyroid, have you been diagnosed with any of these other conditions.

I think I have a degree of wheat or grain intolerance, although my coeliac test came back negative - I have antibodies and can't now tolerate breakfast cereal or bread, so am a bit confused.

Also get 3 - 4 day migraines and IBS, and have had two frozen shoulders (not at the same time), which I understand are all autoimmune.

Hi, I also have an intolerance but yet came back with clear coeliac. I'm happy to continue as I know what is comfortable for me... with or without any diagnosis.

None of the above. Normocytic Anemia though. ??

I voted, but I'm not hypo, I'm hyper. Sorry, bit tired this morning, didn't read the question properly.
