Morning Clare. I have tried the tablets, was on them for a while but had to take 6 per day and found them no better.I take 1 sachet of Colestyramine in the evening and although my tummy isn't 100% I couldn't be without it. I have tried to take more but no improvement with tummy, but more side effects.

I must admit I do prefer the generic Mylan it mixes better and tastes better but it is hit and miss which one the chemist has in stock at the time. Just finishing a box of Mylan and now Questran has been given.

I expect you are aware that there have been shortages of this in the past that is why they seem to change around.

These tummy problems are not ideal and we all I know will try and have tried anything for a normal life.

I don't know if I have been helpful to you, but all I can say is you must do what suits your tummy and lifestyle best.

Take care
