Spasmonal does not constipate, colofac does. Thats the difference i think. I did not think you could get it in UK, i used to have it in Spain

Have tried both Spasmanol (first) and then Colofac - both help over a short period to get you over a spasm - but long-term they don't really help. I would relate both to having a headache and a Panadol gets you through the initial side of things, but they only last for a short time. hope this helps, as I would personally take the Colofac before the Spasmanol.
