Has anyone had bad ibs and acid reflux then started different lot of tablets u were fine then 2 weeks later you have major set back also have lost 1st on few months had scan yesterday all good waiting on urgent magic eye.

So sorry you are suffering. I suffer from IBS c and reflux..can be a bit hit and miss with medication as often what works for the ibs often sets off the reflux... have you been referred to a dietitian or colon rectal clinic? Glad your scans are fine.

Well still waiting on magic eye now and had another lot of bloods they fine I've dropped 1stone that's concerning and now I'm on new tablets for morning I'm like a walking chemist

I have been in a similar situation to you, I started with lower abdominal pains. I have had all the blood tests, colonoscopy, ultrasound, all came back clear. I took some fluoxetine for my OCD and the doctor thinks it has caused me to have gastritis. I have been checked for Hpylori which was negative. I have been on peroxatine which the doc thinks has been contributing to the gastritis, so he has put me on lansoprazole for four weeks.

Well lansoprazole worked then ain't again I've lost 1 stone cz bland diet and I'm on another lot now I've had scan all good bloods yesterday aswell good I'm sick of it I think I'm haceing to many hormones from pill injection I hope my magic eye is before Xmas so I can relax well yesterday he said if I was a betting Man U could have an ulcer x
