Stomach been loads better since I gave up beans and changed to lactose free milk 🥛 highly recommend to all ibs sufferers

Beans are the devil, if I ever eat them I make sure that I’m not working the next day. I have also found almond milk has helped me, haven’t tried lactose free though 😊

I avoid beans altogether used to love them will defo have to try almond milk x

I’ve also found that avoiding oats has helped a lot, I was eating a lot of porridge due to working shifts and the Quaker Oats pots were convenient but I decided to cut things out and it’s helped a lot x

Oats are often recommended to sufferers of IBS but they don`t suit me at all!
