Hi janetmtt, thank you for the link. Have you tried this particular brand of probiotics?

This is another one that gets good reviews they do a light and a dark version - think too much in there wouldn't agree with me with being histamine intolerant - but these products are ones that a lot of people wouldn't ever know about - it's being able to share our different avenues of knowledge etc. that we hope we can help each other. What may not suit me could be a cure for someone else! Trouble is - it's bloomin costly trying it all out!

I am curious to know does anyone feel there weight is increasing taking probiotics or they blow up all over - this is what I am finding at the moment - so not sure whether I don't need them anymore or wrong strains but I have tried all different ones and having same problem - feel bloated - hate it!

Hi janetmtt, yes it's great that we can share new products, etc to help each other. The expense is high trying all different probiotics, some people have found some that have helped them so there is hope for us still searching!!

I don't find I put on any weight whilst on probiotics nor do they make me blow up all over, it is strange that they do that to you.

That's why I wonder if I SIBO - because if I have probiotics are a no no - someone said on another forum if this is happening the strains are not agreeing with me and something like SIBO is going on. If you do have SIBO they reckon soil based probiotics are best - but the jury is out on these at the moment - not sure - anyone got any experience of these please share. Someone suggested Microb-Clear that can be purchased in the UK but its expensive. Sometimes you get tired of trying new things that don't agree with you not just for the money but I find that sometimes it's knocks me for six for a few days - so you lose days as well as money!
