I’ve recently started taking Alforex.

I have autoimmune disease and have been suffering from IBS for years. After reading positive reviews on Alforex I thought I’ll give it a try. It’s been a week since I’ve started taking this But it’s left me feeling worse. I’m so bloated and sluggish. It’s making feel rather sick.

I’m not sure whether I should stop taking it or should I continue until I see an improvement?

Oh dear me. I’ve been feeling rather low too since taking it.

I spoke to someone from Alforex this morning who said it gets worse before it gets better..?? There’s no trial option for this product. What a waste of money

I hope your feeling better. Any suggestions on what I can do at the meantime to lessen my symptoms?

Did you mention to them that you were feeling low - did they interpret that how you were feeling was more to stomach issues etc as opposed to mood. Perhaps they need to know that people are feeling low mood and depressed with this product

I mentioned all the new symptoms I’m suffering from since taking Alforex.

The advice I got was to take it every other day because my gut is getting use to the new bacteria?? They said they’ll give me a ring back within two weeks to see how I’m doing.

What symptoms have you had - so is the mood and depression known to them and are they saying that it's the stomach getting used to gut bacteria that is causing this. I've taken probiotics for years and to be honest my gut must have or be used to the bacteria in it - certain strains of probiotic I cannot take because I've noticed my mood does drop
