Has anyone had any success with reflexology?

Hi had 1 treatment Chinese doc feeing a lot better, I took his advise not more then 2 coffee a day know cold drinks or cold food or junk which I do not eat, hope this helps

Hi, yes I have had great success with reflexology, I drift between constipation & diarrhoea, and after a treatment I drink lots of water and usually spend 3 days on the loo! Then I dont have any trouble foe several months. I also have enemas which helps
