Has anyone been diagnosed with this and had treatment. The kind people on here have helped me and some mention this as it is precisely where the worst of my pain is. Cannot find on internet exact position each site differs

I was told to place the thumb of my left hand on my navel and the thumb of my right hand on top of my right hip bone, then open my hands wide, bring my index fingers together about 2 - 3 inches lower than my thumbs and the valve is round about that point.

It turned out that that wasn't the problem for me, but definitely worth a go.
