I have taken Phenergan for 3 nights but first night only 10mg how long does it take to work.

It only took 2 - 3 doses to work for me. Double the dose if you don't get any results.

Not a good start to your weekend then! You can actually take 50mg of Phenergan for a few nights if you want to give it a really good tryout.

Been trying for 4 nights now but sadly no improvement yet, and makes me feel very drowsy for a few hours the next day.

Sorry to hear it's not working for you --- so far . Keep trying , you might have to take it in the morning rather than at night . It has a sedative in it which will indeed make you feel drowsy but that feeling does subside after a time.
