Sorry,it's me again -shanniz still trying to figure out how to finish my ?. I live alone does anyone have any suggestions to relieve cramps

I am prescribed Buscopan which works for me. You are talking stomach cramps I presume. I live alone too!

Yes, stomach cramps - worse than my menstrual cramps ever were I never heard of Buscopan - I wonder why my drs haven't thought of that. I've tried generic versions of Levsin and Bentyl. It's REALLY scary to have a bad attack when you live alone, don't you think?

Where/how do you get it. I googled it and it seems to require a prescription in the US??

You can get it in most chemists. Boots also do a version which is as good. If you can't find it just ask for help.

I also find peppermint oil that you can buy from health food shops like holland and barret (a couple of drops in hot water) helps also.
