Recently I have been taking Fibogel once a day and feel much better.however this morning Although it was a more or less normal bm.

But it was sudden and there was a bit of leakage before I could get to bathroom. Do any of you have this problem?

Hello. Yes, this was the biggest problem for me taking laxatives. At my worst, I was constipated for up to 10 days. But any type of laxative left me unable to control my bowel and I had numerous accidents. So I couldn't take them regularly as I didn't want an accident when I was at work or out somewhere. Now I use flax seeds, this is much less forceful but every bit as affective.

i found that fybogel has helped me immensely! it stopped the urgency! although it doesn't seem to be working at the moment - im glad its helping! keep it up!

I found Lepicol to be better than fybogel,I used to add cordial in to flavour it.
