Yes I most definitely I have! It took me ages to latch on to what was suddenly causing me pain and discomfort every day but, as soon as I omitted blueberries from my breakfast fruit bowl (a recent addition to it), problems instantly stopped.

Thank you - this could be the answer. Trouble is I am eliminating more and more from my elimination diet!

Yes, I know just what you mean. I'm on the FODMAP diet which works extremely well for me, but I've found quite a few supposedly 'safe' foods which do me no good at all, e.g. all types of melon, rice (and its derivatives), oats, radishes and iceberg lettuce. There's definitely no such thing as one-size fits all!

have IBS-C and PD . i asked my GI doc yesterday about when an attack is caused by something I ate. I showed her my fodmaps printout. She said, "You read my mind!" I was going to mention FODMAPS!" i got a referral to 2 nutritionists. Whoopee.

In addition to the FODMAPS list, I get an attack from foods with calcium carbonate added such as Cheerios, and soy protein (not tofu). go figure! But I can eat blueberries. So far.
