Hi - when my right-sided tumour was removed I was told I could sleep however I felt comfortable, and not worry about which side I slept on.
It took until the scar healed before I could sleep on my right side, but by 3-4 weeks I was sleeping on both sides.
I did get a memory-foam firmer pillow which I still use.
I’m back sleeping on my left side and I also had a crani on the left side 3 weeks ago. Still sore though. Is yours?
