Hi I’m from the uk and I’m ok getting life insurance that pays out after death etc but when it comes to critical life insurance cover if I was to say get diagnosed with a heart issue or dementia etc then I can’t seem to obtain any cover . Insurance just keeps fobbing me off saying I can try again in 12 months time and they may re consider why would they be like this when they state we have been cured ! . I’m confused and it’s making it very hard even my travel insurance is sky high .

Hi 87wise, I'm sorry to hear that you are experieicning issues getting life insurance despite being cured from TB. I wish I had some words of wisdom for you, it does seem unfair.
Could you get a doctor to make the case for you?
