Did anyone experience high phlegm production especially in the morning time after eating breakfast. I am worried because it gets elevated when some other health issue occur like stomach pain. I also have chest burn from food which I usually did not experience too much before.

I am into 8 months of treatment and dont have chest pain or cough( unless this morning phlegm occurs and I cough it out myself ) , I have good appetite , weight came back to where it was before tb .

Could be after lying lots of hours due to sleeping in combination with bronchiectasis. Try to get hydrated and consult your doctor. Physical therapy exercises could be useful for your case.
